ADRIAN @ WORK…
Adrian is Head of Scientific Research & IT/Tech Support
Adrian as he is fondly known to us is a mastermind & treasure trough of skills which he puts to very good use daily within our team. He is our go-to guy for all things tech and if he doesn’t already know the answer to our challenge then you can be sure that he will not rest until he finds it. Step aside Alexa & Siri he is our very own walking encyclopaedia and a perfectionist that is obsessed with finding solutions to challenges, so needless to say, he is an extremely valued member of our team. He holds a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh. Adrian has a deeply enquiring mind that always wants to know how things work. He also has a keen knowledge of computer programming and is very skilled in all things tech, so he is always helping the rest of us to navigate the insane world of technology. Adrian is driven to find natural cures to what ails us and solutions to our challenges on the planet. He overseas & conducts all our scientific research and helps to shape and expand the capability of the Transform App. He is also part of the IT Support Team who is creating & maintaining the technical infrastructure and systems needed to run and sustain the delivery of the Transform App. He, together with some other team members also provide tech support for the rest of the less tech savvy in our team.
ADRIAN @ Home…
He is an explorer. Adrian uses his knowledge as a Chemical Engineer when he travels with Ferial, his best friend & partner around the globe to find natural cures for what ails us and green technologies to solve some of our greatest challenges. He is a foodie and loves to find fresh, natural ingredients wherever they are in the world to prepare delicious, aesthetically appealing, healthy meals. They will often be found attending a cooking class or making coconut oil in the middle of a jungle somewhere. He and Ferial love to cook meals for their friends and dance salsa but most of all Adrian loves to taste and eat good food from everywhere. He also likes to take things apart and put them back together again. He is an avid photographer, enjoys creative projects and sings karaoke when he thinks no-one is listening. But his biggest challenge is to remind “bargain hunter, Ferial” that she cannot buy anything else to take home as their bags are already overloaded.

More about the Journey here…
Born and raised in Romania where he graduated High School with Honours and then set sail or rather flight for Edinburgh University where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. After graduating he worked as a Baker for a well-known British retailer where he further fostered his love for creating beautiful food. After 4 years he finally decided to change course back to his first love, Science. And this is where we had the good fortune to begin co-creating with him.

Drinking homemade moonshine made from the coconut tree while making coconut oil with my best friend Ferial, our instructor Made, his wife Siri and their Meme in the middle of the jungle just outside Ubud in Bali was certainly one of those insta worthy moments. I was blown away by the kindness of strangers who became instantly like family. Getting to share that experience with my best friend & partner was priceless. I learnt so much about community, and how great things often required patience. Things of value can often not be rushed.

Memorable Meal…
Anyone who knows me will tell you that it really doesn’t matter what type of food it is. As long as it’s healthy, great looking and awesome tasting, I’m in baby. I just love eating. I am one of those freaks everyone hates because I can eat as much as I want and never pick up weight. Can you believe it, I use to actually have a problem with this? Then I looked on the bright side and realised, “I could eat as much as I want and not get fat.” Thank God for an awesome metabolism!!! But if I had to choose one meal that is outstanding to me then it will have to be…anything with South East Asian flavours so your lemongrass, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli coconut persuasion and Tom Kha Gai Chicken Coconut Soup springs to mind. Just thinking about it makes me salivate.
